Nolan brings more than 20 years experience as a senior marketing and sales executive in the information technology industry and has held several CMO and VP Marketing roles for publically traded companies such as LANDesk, Vignette and Novell. Nolan is recognized as a thought leader in messaging, positioning and demand generation strategies with several notable publications on channel strategy and aligning demand generation with the customer buying cycle. He is frequently sought after as a contributor and speaker on a variety of marketing, sales and strategic management topics and acts as a strategic advisor to a number of technology companies. Prior to founding CMO Solution, Nolan held CMO roles at SenForce Inc, LANDesk Software and Vignette . During this time Nolan pioneered social media and web strategies, developed a unique product portfolio management methodology and created several innovative B2B route strategies which are now employed as de facto standards.  In addition to his passion and expertise for the discipline of marketing, Nolan is a proven business leader who has participated in 5 acquisitions and led organizations from initial capital raising to successful exit. Nolan is originally from Johannesburg South Africa but now makes his home in Park City, Utah.

Brendan brings 15 years experience as a senior marketing and sales executive in the information technology industry and has held several leadership positions at flonetwork, PlateSpin Inc and Novell. In addition to his corporate experience Brendan is a proven entrepreneur who has successfully built businesses from concept to exit. Brendan brings specific expertise and passion for product and channel marketing where he has developed a number of unique methodologies and approaches that have been adopted successfully by customers. Prior to founding CMO Solution, Brendan ran Channel Sales and Product Marketing for PlateSpin Inc which was ultimately sold for $205 Million to Novell Inc. During this time Brendan helped to architect the message and position which allowed the company to find differentiation and competitive advantage in the high velocity virtualization market.  In his role as channel chief Brendan was responsible for 100% revenue growth through the implementation of an innovative global channel acceleration strategy which was ultimately adopted by the acquiring company. Brendan is located in Toronto where he runs the client strategy and development teams for CMO Solution.
